WE TRAVELLED 11,001KMS TO MEET YOU! BUT WHY DUBAI?
At SPOT!, we fundamentally believe the role of business is to provide value to the community, before we can expect the community to reciprocate. Throughout the year, 20% of our facility capacity, across all of our locations will be used to temporarily home, care, groom and train for rescues that are up for adoption as they wait to find their forever home. We are blessed to be partnering with a number of the animal shelters in the UAE to make this happen!
VALUE THAT FEELS LIKE FAMILY
We are parents of two and four legged children alike and know how much quality education and care costs. Our pricing reflects what we believe the highest quality of pet wellness and care should cost, without significantly denting the wallet. We don’t like price gauging our members and therefore have priced ourselves to ensure we are an easy decision! Our hope is, this translates to more social and wellness time for your family!
We don't do assessment fees, late fees, feeding fees. We really don't like the word fees! We also don't do "peak or seasonal pricing", its just not our jam and family doesn't nickel and dime each other! Well most don't anyways!

Every decision we make at SPOT! gets put through a Triple Bottom Line framework i.e., it needs to be good for the community and our environment, it needs to be good for our people, and lastly it needs to be good for business - in that order. If it doesn't pass all three, we pass up on the idea. Its for that reason all of our cleaning materials, bedding, play toys and even building materials are designed and made with a biodegradable and sustainable materials.
